Victor Nosi was born and bred in the Township of Evaton in the then Vaal Triangle. He has tertiary qualifications from Unisa, Wits, University of Port Elizabeth, and other Institutions. He worked as an Executive for several blue chip Companies that include among others SAB, Absa, and Sasol. After leaving formal employment Nosi established a sports marketing and management company, the Sponsorship Company in 2004.

He worked for the SA Football Association as Commercial Director. In early 2011 he founded iAfrica Sportainment who are the promoters of the Nelson Mandela Golf Championship an International Tournament sanctioned by the local Sunshine Tour and European Tour.

Victor has been a Trustee of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund for many years.
